  • We offer a one-off 45 minute introduction to the studio for all new folks. You will learn what to expect during a small group or private session, we can go through your health questionnaire as well as provide an induction into the studio equipment and begin the foundation exercises.

  • Pilates is suitable for any fitness level, with endless tweaks for when you’re ready for a challenge. Whether you’re just starting out or a practiced pro, private instruction is the best way to get the most from your movement practice.

  • My sunny studio houses my prized possessions. Three top of the line Reformers (one with a tower included), a Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and High Mat to bring your Pilates practice to life.

    I also have a collection of free weights for traditional strength training.

  • Using your own goals and preferences, I’ll create a plan just for you.
