INTRODUCTORY SESSION
This one is for all new folks. A one-off 45 minute introduction to the studio, you will learn what to expect during a small group or private session, we can go through your health questionnaire as well as provide an induction into the studio equipment and begin the foundation exercises.

PRIVATE STUDIO SESSION
Want to supplement your Pilates practice with your teacher’s undivided attention? Need specific guidance that won’t suit a small group? New to Pilates and want to establish foundational knowledge before delving into group sessions? Whether long term, short term, or as a one off, a private session can elevate your practice, hone in on your fitness goals and utilise all the studio has to offer.

SMALL GROUP SESSION
Want to learn the system of Pilates with like-minded folks? Want to attend the studio multiple times per week? Small group sessions will be your best option. Cost effective, motivating and community building these sessions will give you a regular movement practice with access to all the studio equipment allowing you to tailor your programme to suit your goals and fitness levels. Freedom to practice with the support of your Pilates teacher.

I also have a collection of free weights for traditional strength training.
