My sunny studio houses my prized possessions. A top-of-the-line Gratz Reformer, Cadillac, Balanced Body Wunda Chair, and E5 Sense mat bring your Pilates practice to life. Your full body workouts progress as you gain strength and control.

Using your own goals and preferences, I’ll create a plan just for you. Got an injury? No problem. Individual attention and real-time feedback mean you’ll get the perfect workout for your body.
I’m Clare.
I love teaching movement. It’s the best way to improve your strength, control, and confidence. But most importantly, movement is fun.
Pilates forms the framework for my movement practice, which is based on three key questions:

How can it help you do the things you love?
I hold a Diploma of Matwork Pilates as well as Reformer Pilates teaching. As an Instructor and Functional Range Mobility specialist, I’m here to help you reach your goals — and have a good time doing it.
